Design Overview
An earth-bermed passive solar home with south-facing solarium to heat the large thermal mass enclosed within this light- filled space. The Wallace Residence is located on a South–facing site near Desoto, MO.
Design features
Living, activity spaces look out into the solarium- second floor “loft” deck. Exterior –bermed – poured concrete- south elevation 2x6 wood frame, cedar shakes.

Earth-bermed, south-facing, vented solarium and greenhouse. Solar hot water system.
