Design Overview
This 33,000 s.f. business was built with environmentally friendly methodologies including: insulated concrete forms (ICF), renewable bamboo flooring, self-dimming lighting and an electricity-generating wind turbine. Frieze is the only Harley-Davidson dealer in the country -- which includes nearly 700 locations -- to be LEED "GOLD" certified. Owner Jenny Frieze said she found it rewarding to construct a new building that conserves resources and protects the environment. General Contractor was Trumpet Builders.
